Terms of Service

By accessing or using ApexStream, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Content Restrictions

You agree not to stream or upload content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, or promotes violence.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.

Blocking or strict throttling will be applied to accounts found violating these content policies.

3. Service Availability (SLA)

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will function without interruption or errors. In particular, the operation of the Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or system or network failures.

4. Legal Requests, Preservation, and Service Records

ApexStream may collect and maintain technical metadata described in our Privacy Policy, including account, session, stream ingest, billing, and security records, to operate the Service, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law.

We may preserve, restrict, disclose, or produce account records, stream records, recordings, and related technical data when required by valid legal process, when responding to a lawful preservation request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of ApexStream, our users, or the public.

A legal hold or active abuse investigation may suspend routine deletion, expiration, or anonymization for the specific account, stream, or records covered by that hold. Users remain responsible for their streamed content and for responding to lawful notices, claims, or requests related to that content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
